Vinyl Wrapping Supply and Install For Air Control Industries Ltd

Air Control Industries (ACI) is an established designer and manufacturer of industrial air movement products. The Company is now a major force in the field of industrial fans that encompasses forward curved centrifugal, radial bladed and axial fan types. ACI also designs and supplies further added value products which include its Air Knife Drying Systems & Bottle and Can Drying Solutions; JetBlack™ Personnel Cleaning Units as well as Personnel Cleaning Booths.

THE BRIEF

Create signage, print it and along with install directions for the client to install

We were recently contacted by Air Control Industries Ltd to design, print and install vinyls to their range of industrial air movement products. The client plans to roll this out internationally across the JetBlack Range with Creative Solutions as the print supplier. The client supplied the artwork for our design team, allowing us to arrange the initial set-up of print and plot file ahead of production.

THE SOLUTION

Expert print and installation

The client supplied us with the visuals and dimensions of their JetBlack product which are in the process of a slick new rebrand. We were able to advise on the best materials to use on their range of cleaning stations which act as an alternative to compressed air which offers organisations peace of mind, and users a completely safe solution for personnel de-dusting. Due to the nature of the products where the vinyls were being applied, careful consideration had to be given to having a finish which deflected any dust and dirt particles.

We specified a Metamark MD5 Air Escape product with a matching Matt Laminate to fit the brief. This is a polymeric vinyl also capable of dealing with large variations in temperature and exposure to different weather conditions

In this instance, we were also supplying matching sets of vinyls to be sent to the clients' sister company in the USA. In order to help the sister company to install the vinyl themselves, we arranged the installation while the client filmed the application process.

The Metamark MD5 Air Escape vinyl was full colour printed, matt laminated and then kiss cut to size. Each branded vinyl was supplied on roll with each set matching the accurate CAD dimensions of the JetBlack products.

Now that we have the designs are approved and templated, we're able to act on further orders at the client's request. This allows a quick turn round for printing and installation or shipping as Air Control Ltd roll out their rebrand across their range.

The client was delighted with the finished result and finish and appreciated the expert knowledge we passed on during the filming of the installation. We’re looking forward to working with Air Control Industries again.
