Receiving your Order

Our Courier Services

We use TNT, Parcel Force, or City Link for all deliveries apart from large consignments when we use dedicated transport to reduce the possibility of transit damage. We will always seek to offer the best prices and quality delivery services for our goods.

Due to the changing environment regarding fuel and transport fee's, we will include postage and delivery charges within your quotation or order confirmation.

Orders over £395.00 (excluding VAT) placed via the website have free delivery to one UK-mainland address. This applies to our standard products under 20kg, and under certain dimensions.

For Items over 20kg and non-standard or bespoke items (such as large signage and high quantity orders) and deliveries that require pallets, there will be an additional delivery charge which you will be made aware of before the order is fully processed.

Next day deliveries can be made anytime through the day from 8.00am - 6.00pm. If a delivery is required earlier, orders may be upgraded (surcharge applies) to a more time specific slot e.g. Pre 12 Noon.

RECIEIVING YOUR GOODS

At Creative Solutions we take great care in ensuring that the goods we provide for you are perfect, we rely on third party couriers to bring those goods to your doorstep. Occasionally items get lost or damaged whilst in transit and we would like to advise you the best we can, to avoid any disappointment should this happen, please read the information below.

VERY IMPORTANT - You Must Read This Before Accepting Your Delivery.

If you can see any visible damage to the parcel packaging or suspect damage to the item, in order to process any claims should your order arrive in less than perfect condition, you must sign for your delivery as DAMAGED.

If you would like advice on signing for a delivery as damaged, please contact us BEFORE accepting your delivery on 01297 630130.

IF YOU WILL NOT BE RECIEVEING YOUR ORDER PERSONALLY

If you have placed an order and someone else is likely to receive it, you MUST pass this information on to them. Creative Solutions will not accept responsibility for damaged goods signed for in perfect condition.

Once delivery has been received, immediately check the delivery for damage. Should there be damage that needs to be reported this must be done on the same day as the delivery – By signing for the goods you are accepting them in perfect condition.

IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGED GOODS

In the unfortunate event of your order arriving in less than perfect condition you must report this to us within 24 hours so that we can process a claim. Please email sales@creativesolutions.co.uk including your Order Reference Number.

We will require you to provide pictures of both the packaging and the contents, clearly showing the nature of the damage.
