How to order with Creative Solutions

The Ordering Process

There are several ways of ordering your product with Creative Solutions, it's a case of whichever works best for you or your company.

Email: Contact us with what you are interested in, and we can start the ordering process


Ordering Online

1. To order online, decide on your product, add it to your basket and process the order online. You can specify options like size, quantity and delivery time to your needs. You can either pay for your order online, have a quotation emailed to you, or request a phone call to take payment. Nice and easy! 

2. Once you have checked out and ordered your product, we need to receive your artwork before we can get to work on the order. You can upload this using the 'file upload' tool in the top menu bar. If you need assistance with your artwork, for example any template files or use of our graphic designers, let us know and we can help. You can do this at anytime, but of course the sooner the better so we can get your product to you as fast as required.

If you're not sure what artwork to use or would like it to be professionally produced, the design team are on hand to help create the design you want.

We can help you with your order, quotation, and payment over the telephone. Please call 01297 630130 during our opening hours and we shall gladly assist.

Please note, we are not able to give quotes over the telephone. We need a bit of time to gather information, and will only produce formal quotes sent to your email for your consideration.


Email Us

Custom, bespoke and orders with more flair need to be written in an email so we can digest and see exactly what you need. Its also great if you can attach any inspiration imagery, something you've seen you like, or the space your creation is going to go into.

How easy was that?

Once you've sent in your order request, we will be in touch and start moving the process forward.

As soon as we receive your order, we'll get straight to work. Our graphic designers will check any artwork to make sure it fits and looks how it should. They'll then send you a proof via email for you to check over and give the green light. From there, it's all systems go. We'll send it downstairs to our production team, who will bring your product to life using the latest technology.

Once made, we'll check it over, ensuring the quality of the product is as good as it can possibly be, before packaging it up and posting it to you securely. 

We won't vanish away after we've made your product, we love seeing the process through to the end and installing your product on site should you require it.

We'll always be on hand to help should you have any questions or queries post order.
