Event Branding for The Telegraph Bespoke

THE BRIEF

Produce print work for an upcoming event

Telegraph Bespoke contacted us in preparation for an event they were hosting in association with Mastercard. The event was “The Telegraph Music Sessions”, with Tom Grennan being the main performing artist. It was organised in support of the World Food Programme, the leading organisation fighting hunger worldwide.

We were asked to produce print work for the event in the form of promotional displays. We were also asked to produce a custom-built backdrop for the performance. We were supplied design work by Telegraph Bespoke. Our job was to print it. Expert installation was also requested for a perfect fit and finish.

THE SOLUTION

Print and installation of a professional backdrop

Having worked with The Telegraph Bespoke on projects in the past, we were familiar with the branding and layout. Once we received the design work from Telegraph Bespoke, printing began at our site in Axminster. The promotional displays were printed in-house on our full-colour digital printer and plotter. The custom backdrop was much larger in size than the displays. We printed this in stages to create a perfect, uniform finish. The results were spectacular.

We installed the displays and custom-built backdrop onsite at the Scotch of St James in London ourselves. Transport and installation was taken care of by our team. Installation took a few hours. We also attended the event as complementary guests, and deinstalled the signs on the same day. This was at request of Telegraph Bespoke and the venue, which would be used again the next day.

From start to finish, we turned around this project in a matter of days. Telegraph Bespoke were very impressed with the work and we are now working with them to supply additional custom print work for more upcoming events.
