For example at a 3-day show, with 3 stand staff working 7 hour day getting 4 qualified leads per hour you are looking at (3X7X4X3)= 252 leads
DATA GATHERING
You will be speaking to so many people, taking so many business cards; it is impossible to remember all the faces. So, make sure you have a really clear form to record info. Make sure you include a space to staple Take notes have a template for pasting business cards and taking notes.
Think of different ways you can collect data - newsletter sign ups, quick surveys, prize draws, swiping entry passes, video interviews.
Make sure you take a camera/video camera to document your show. This will come in handy on your social marketing efforts. And also when you are planning next year's show.
