EVALUATE

  • Have a team de-briefing. Did you meet your objectives?
  • What worked? What did not?
  • Analysing competitor information
  • Make notes and file ideas of what you want to improve on for next year.

 

FOLLOW UP

  • Implement your follow up campaign - Most of your competitors will do at best two things, emailing and making a phone call - once, maybe twice. So, have a one-year follow up campaign planned - and put it to work, systematically and consistently.
  • Have media kits and press releases in place with your company stories of the exhibition.
  • Send thank you cards to all your suppliers - let them know how your show went. Make sure you keep in touch with them. Work on those relationships to secure deals next year
  • Send a letter of thanks to the organisers giving them feedback about your experience of the show. Share with them some of your film footage for them to use on their website.
  • Share photos, and video of our exhibition success on your social media network.
