Groves Nurseries

Grove Nurseries is an award-winning business that has come from humble beginnings in Piddletrenthide. Now a long-standing business in Bridport, it is still an independent family business to this day run by the family of the founder, Charles William Groves.

The family has gone from strength to strength, expanding their on-site offering and services and having a strong presence in the local community.

The team chose a wonderfully colourful vintage circus-style print for their Christmas 2022 Campaign, capturing the rich colours of the season to display across the site and on their digital platforms.

We have worked with Groves Nurseries for many years now, providing signage, vehicle graphics and fleet wraps, permanent and seasonal displays to see them through each year. It was a pleasure to create this custom window film installation for them that we will explore in this blog!

THE BRIEF

A Christmas Extravaganza!

For Grove Nurseries polytunnel entrance sliding doors, the team are well versed in sizing up the space for the display, and providing print-ready artwork to our in-house Design Team who will look over the artwork and make it ready for our state-of-the-art large format printers. You can see here (above right) the Artwork Proof sent to Grove's to sign-off on before we start production.

For a seasonal display that is not needed for more than 3-months, and acting as a protective measure too whilst the doors are locked, Grove's chose an opaque white film to print onto to give their design the full effect and colour vibrancy. This was printed in reverse to be applied to the inside of the glass panels of each door for added protection against the elements. Through the open doors you can see the previously installed Vinyl Archway Covering to add a touch of brightness to the polytunnel entrance.
