We have tried to cover all sorts of shops, from the very small to large retail outlets with multiple tills, by giving the option of how many people are expected to be in the queue. We have specifically created various queue management kits for you to choose from depending on how many customers need to be catered for at each till or payment point.

The floor stickers can be customised to your exact size requirements and colours (charges may apply). Perfectly suited for indoor use. Our durable floor graphics are suitable for most types of hard floor and short pile carpet, carpet, wood, tile and concrete surfaces.

The floor sticker graphics are anti-scuff, meaning they can be walked on as a normal floor.

We have produced a standard range of queue management social distancing floor stickers for immediate purchase, please contact us if you wish to have something customised to your queuing requirements.

We have chosen to create the queue management stickers on our most popular floor sticker material, which is our R10 slip rating. The reason for this is that most queues occur in flat areas indoors in dry conditions, so this printed floor vinyl is perfect for this use.

Drytac Spoton Floor 200 - R10 Anti-Slip Rating

FOR FLOORS / CARPETS

This is our Mid-Range Wall and Floor Vinyl. SpotOn® Floor 200 is an 8 mil (200) embossed printable white matte monomeric PVC film, coated on one side with a dot-patterned, removable pressure-sensitive polyacrylate adhesive. This high-quality ink-receptive embossed white vinyl was specifically developed for easy application. SpotOn® Floor 200 has a post-printed anti-slip rating of R10, according to DIN 51130:2010, which allows for vibrant, slip-resistant floor graphics without the need for lamination.

Drytac SpotOn Floor and Wall is an internal use, in mainly dry, but can cope with some wetness, but not regularly situation floor sticker vinyl that does not need lamination. The product is designed to be used for short-term applications in dry areas dependent on where the product is applied. It can be applied on top of carpeting, on walls and on most smooth surfaces indoors.

Durability

The durability of SpotOn® Floor 200 is for short-term applications, and in dry indoor conditions, can tolerate damp/wet conditions due to the Anti-Slip rating.

Warranty

The product has been used in many places under all possible conditions and has proven its reliability and performance. Since there are endless possibilities on how and where the product is going to be applied all product warranty. automatically ends as soon as the liner is removed.

For these printed Queue management floor stickers, we are purposely using the R10 floor slip rationed printed vinyl floor graphics.

This way of rating slip resistance, across Europe rating anti-slip properties of floor tiles, and all the below is based on this. It is based on a German National Standard test method DIN51130.

This is the most commonly used method to grade the slip resistance of a product, usually floor tiles but in our case it can be used for measuring the anti-slip properties of printed floor stickers and printed floor vinyls.

The table to the right denotes the 'R' rating method and the varying degrees of slope and applications where the floor graphics can be used.

The above table provides the basic anti-slip ramp test ratings. The parameters of the anti-slip test are based on the following parameters

Shod foot, with cleated safety boots
The surface is wet
The individual completing the test is attached with a harness for safety
The angle of the ramp is adjusted whilst carrying out the test
The degree ° at which the participant slips creates the above 'R' value ant-slip rating
