Bespoke built-up letters have become a staple of the industry and offer the customer something a little more bespoke than other sign systems on offer.

Channel Letter Signs - Channel Lettering & Characters are 3D graphic options for signage. Think of your letter, logo, character or text as a cake tin with a removable base. The aluminium outer forms the shape of your characters, whilst the removable base is a piece of opaque acrylic or opal acrylic. Any fixings or mounting bars are then hidden behind the signage, as well as any optional illumination that will light your signage from within. The minimum cap height for channel letter signs is 300mm. The aluminium shells can be powder-coated to any RAL colour of your choice.

Built Up Letters - We are able to offer a bespoke built-up letter service manufacturing in aluminium. Again a minimum cap height of 300mm applies, dependent on font type. Other than this pretty much anything goes! Letters will be professionally powder-coated for a long-lasting protective finish to suit your colour requirements. We can produce built up letters with optional face or halo illumination elements for a real show-stopping effect.

Signage Illumination Disclaimer

We are fully equipped to help install any signage creation anywhere on your building, however, we are not able to assist with electrical installation. We can feed cables to where they need to go and will professionally seal any drill holes required on the exterior of the building, but we are not qualified to attach any illumination to your electrical mains supply. You will need to employ the services of a qualified electrician to complete the installation.

The walls of your lettering and logo will be formed from strong aluminium and professionally powder-coated for a long-lasting finish in any colour. Channel Letters have a coloured or opal acrylic face to allow for internal illumination.

Artwork and Design

Whether you’re a novice or a professional when it comes to artwork, we’re able to give you guidance or provide artwork templates for you to make sure your product is print perfect.

Artwork should be setup 20%, 25%, 50% or actual size. Please indicate scale within file name and on any proof.
Artwork Files should be in Vector Format so they are scalable to any size required without losing quality.
