New Opening and Outdoor Signage for Hair Salon at 51 in Bridport

THE CLIENT

Hair Salon at 51

Our wonderful clients in Bridport gave themselves a true makeover by rebranding their Bridport Highstreet Salon. Offering a warm and friendly welcome, and a highly professional service but in a one-to-one atmosphere for some true pampering vibes. Reborn from 'Hare Salon', its owners wanted to give it an all over spruce up, and we think it was the perfect Spring Clean!

Now open to clients old and new, Hair Salon at 51 is set to give all its visitors the self-care and relaxing space they were looking for.

THE BRIEF

"New Opening, New Name, Same Passion."

Out with the old and in with the new, the order of the day was bright, clean, contemporary and oh so elegant. Our in-house travelling Sales Rep met with the team to discuss their vision and designs for both the exterior and interior of the salon. Coordinating that first impression and continuing the welcome once inside is really important for all businesses, especially on the high street with its high foot traffic and gazing eyes.

The Hair at 51 Team was right on the mark, and chose to create an incredibly bespoke wall mounted sign, as well as a hanging projecting wall sign to capture passers-by from all distances and eye-levels. The wall mounted circular sign with its floral and foliage detailing and the golden border and lettering was chosen to be replicated internally with a twist to stand out not only as a branded piece, but a wall art display.

THE SOLUTION

A Full Signage and External Display Makeover

The internal wall mounted sign was made using cut clear acrylic, flame polished for a glass-like finish, with each individually printed layer of high-tack vinyl applied to the rear. The stand-off lettering is then created from a metallic acrylic, cut and expertly applied to the face. This is then mounted using colour matched stand-off locators for a decadent display.

The replica for the exterior was created with a white blockout backing vinyl to protect it from the elements, and contrast the beautiful red brick building. A gold high-quality external vinyl was used to create the fascia panel lettering, with the same vinyl direct-printed double-sided with the new logo applied to ACM to be mounted to the teams pre-existing hanging sign mount.

Our talented in-house design team will always proof and send you artwork so you can see the final creations before they happen as you can see here (see right), and our installations team is on stand-by to professionally mount your signage and clean up after.

Hair Salon at 51 now stands proudly on the highstreet, glowing with their new-found branding. It was a pleasure working with you throughout this project to create your perfect signage update.
