Core Values & Mission Statement Wall Display for Axminster Tools & Machinery

THE CLIENT

Longstanding client Axminster Tools & Machinery recently updated for display their Core Values, Mission Statement, and Vision for the company going forward into 2022. Displayed in one of their main offices, wall graphics, and vinyl installations are a great way to add not only company decor, but also motivational boosts to staff using the space.

South West-based Axminster Tools distributes their high-quality products across the entire UK, Ireland and continental Europe. An 100% family-run affair, with over forty years of experience in the sector, they are market leaders in the mail order tools and machinery industry thanks to their unbeatable service to both trade professionals and DIY hobbyists.

THE BRIEF

Working in the woodwork sector, it is fitting for each room to be named after a type of timber! These vinyl applications were to be placed in each of the offices (Cedar, Maple & Oak) to bring the corporate message to the team, and show a unified goal in the form of Axminster Tools updated Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values.

We have previously done large vinyl installations for these spaces in the form of frosted/etched vinyl for glass wall privacy - a great way to add a privacy without impinging on light availability for internal office spaces.

The vinyl's installed display the following:

Mission Statement (Written text vinyls) - "We are specialists who share our customers' passion for great craftsmanship and a job well done. We do this by offering products they need, the knowledge they trust and the committed service they deserve."

Vision Statement (Written text vinyls) - "To grow Axminster Tools global woodworking community."

Core Values (Written text and image logos) - Customer First, Working Together, Ownership, Support, Shared Knowledge, Honesty - "We behave in a way that guides and motivates both our attitude and actions."

We are currently revising our own company values and mission for the New Year at Creative, so it is great to see other companies we work with so closely doing the same, and seeing just how many ways a display can take shape! We recently did another unique style installation for Powrmatic's Core Values and Mission Statement.
