The perfect showpiece and innovative signage solution, our Illuminated Flex Face Signs are the only full perimeter tensioning, flexible-faced system you need. The Flex Face refers to the back lit fully printed fabric graphic, which is tensioned from the front and allows up to 50mm of adjustment. The Flex is a robust system that guarantees wrinkle-free skins every time. The system incorporates three different robust support sections, each of which is determined depending on the height of the box required to eliminate any bowing of the structure when under maximum tension.

We printed your design, branding, logo or any artwork onto an incredible strong and heat resistant PVC which is lacquered on both sides of ultimate protection. As it is a full perimeter tensioning system, it is guaranteed to have no blowouts, making it perfect for windy locations, as well as dark evenings for full 24/7 visibility. It is regularly used airside at airports around the UK, Leisure Centres and Gyms, Retail Parks, Hotels, late opening businesses and those wanting to stand out from the crowd. Better still, this superior system is comparable in price to the alternatives on the market, meaning it should be top of your list for the value it provides. We have endeavoured to source the best raw material suppliers and print media to make this both simple to fabricate and easy to install.

Largest Size: No Limit! Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you need a size larger than (W) 10000 x (H) 2000 x (D) 200mm

Sections:

Your Illuminated Tray and Back Lit Printed Skin will be cut into vertical sections to allow for ease of installation of both parts. The Aluminium Tray can be bolted to each other, and to the wall mounting bars, and the skin will be seamlessly joined and adhered together to allow for a seamless finish no matter how many sections are needed.

FEATURES & USAGE

Ideal for Backlighting

At 200mm in depth, the Illuminated Flex Face is ideal for backlighting with LEDs. The printed skin has welded or industrially stitched loops on all four edges enabling a rod to slide in and the tensioning bar slid over. Once the rods are in place, the skin is hooked into the box and tensioned around the perimeter using a power drill. This makes the fitting process much less labour intensive than other systems on the market.
