Bespoke Wooden Wayfinding Signage & Colour-Matched Vehicle Wrap for Louma Country Hotel

Louma wanted two things, delivered across two separate projects: a vehicle finish that ties in neatly with the Louma brand, and a set of unique wooden site signs that feel completely at home within the rural setting of the hotel.

Over the past couple of years we’ve supported the Louma team with bespoke wayfinding and reception signage, and more recently completed a colour-matched vehicle wrap (autumn this year) to keep their on-site transport looking as considered as the guest experience.

Branded vehicle graphics and signage that suits the setting

Louma’s goal was consistency and quality. The vehicle needed to align with their brand colour and look understated and premium. The signage needed to be functional and easy to follow, while using timber and detailing that complements the buildings and landscape.

Colour-matched vehicle wrap for the Louma Land Rover Defender

For the vehicle project, Louma wanted a finish that sits confidently within their brand palette, rather than an “off-the-shelf” approximation.

To get the colour right, we designed and produced printed swatches to match the required Louma Pantone colour, before moving into production and installation at Creative Solutions.

The finished vehicle uses a clean, minimal application approach: the Louma mark and “COUNTRY HOTEL” text sits neatly on the door, allowing the colour to do most of the talking.

Bespoke wooden wayfinding signage for a country hotel site

For the signage, Louma asked for something genuinely bespoke: wooden signs that feel permanent, considered, and in keeping with the hotel’s surroundings.

Wooden fingerpost-style directional signage for car parks

The directional sign was built in timber with multiple rails, using clear lettering and arrows to route guests and staff on arrival. The sign includes directions for:

  • Guest Car Park (arrow up)

  • Staff Car Park (arrow right)

  • Stables Car Park (arrow right)

This kind of wayfinding works particularly well on rural sites because it reads quickly at a distance, and it doesn’t fight with the architecture or landscape.

Reception signage that matches the building materials

A matching timber “RECEPTION” plaque was installed beside the entrance, sitting naturally against the exterior timber cladding. It’s a small sign, but it does an important job: removing uncertainty at the point of arrival and keeping the guest journey smooth.

For reception plaques and entrance identifiers, see Office Signs & Door Signs.

Freestanding information signage for on-site guest guidance

As part of the wider signage package, we also produced a larger, freestanding framed information board carrying the Louma brand and “Trampoline Safety Guidelines”. This kind of sign is ideal where guidance needs to be visible, legible, and robust outdoors.

Design and build: CNC-routed timber with resin infill lettering

A key part of the Louma signage look is the crisp, high-contrast lettering. The signs were manufactured in wood using our router, with resin used to infill the routed text for a clean, durable finish that stays readable against the timber grain.

The Outcome

With both projects complete, Louma now has:

  • A branded vehicle finish that aligns with their colour palette and overall aesthetic

  • On-site signage that feels cohesive with the setting, while giving clear, confident wayfinding for guests and staff
