What is Xanita Print?

Xanita Print Board is a natural fibre-based board consisting of 100% recycled cardboard boxes, formed into a kraft core, sandwiched between white, repulpable liners. Its high-crush strength paper core is manufactured from post-consumer recycled paper and sugar cane waste. Due to its kraft content, Xanita Board is recyclable in paper-recycling bins, and even repulpable to be recycled again!

Xanita Board is VOC-free, 100% repulpable, 75% lighter than MDF, and significantly stronger than visually similar honeycomb boards. Suitable for Indoor Displays such as Point Of Sale, In-Store Furnishings, and Exhibitions Stands. It can be printed, upholstered, laminated, shape cut, painted, fastened with Self-Adhesive double-sided Velcro, Magnetic Strips, or Glues. We offer Xanita Board here in its most sustainable format - Full-Colour Digital UV Printed.

Most will assume a big misconception that sustainable products mean there is some sort of compromise that needs to be made usually either in price or the sacrifice of quality. XANITA PRINT BOARD IS SUSTAINABLE AND NON-TOXIC

Made almost entirely from post-consumer paper waste, Xanita board is not only recyclable it is 100% repulpable. This means it can go straight back into the recycled paper manufacturing stream without the need for interim measures or treatments to make it suitable to return to the paper cycle. The print applied to the board does not affect this, as we use equally eco-friendly print methods and inks, with no compromise on quality, vibrancy, or resolution.

XANITA PRINT BOARD IS LIGHTWEIGHT

Xanita Printed Boards are a whopping 75% lighter than an equivalent MDF sheet. The lightweight nature of the board has numerous obvious benefits, from reduced shipping costs, easier installations, and structural load planning when it comes to shop fitting installations.

XANITA PRINT BOARD IS STRONG

Xanita board has a crush strength of more than 60 tonnes per square metre. This strength is vital since Xanita board was designed specifically for three-dimensional load-bearing applications without the need for additional support materials such as metal, wood, or MDF.

This strength allows for the board to comfortably hold large heavy stock holdings, if you want to display bottles, car batteries, or even create furniture out of Xanita for your event or exhibition, it can be done! All without adding extra support materials or removing the ability to ship flat packed and set up easily on-site.
