Full Signage and Wayfinding Refresh for Coombefield Vets in Axminster and Seaton

Coombefield Vets needed a coordinated signage update across key customer-facing areas, helping clients find the right entrance, understand parking arrangements, move through the building confidently, and recognise the practice brand at every touchpoint.

For a busy veterinary environment, signage has plenty of work to do. It needs to reassure clients, reduce confusion, support staff, and work practically across car parks, entrances, reception areas and consultation rooms.

The challenge

The project included a wide mix of external signage, branded entrance signs, parking signs, internal wayfinding, door graphics and consultation room signage.

Coombefield Vets needed the finished signage to feel consistent across both exterior and interior spaces, while still making each area easier for clients to navigate.

The solution

We produced and installed a complete signage package across the site, combining practical information signs with a stronger branded presence.

Externally, the project included prominent practice signage, flat-panel aluminium signs, post-mounted signage, parking signs, and branded welcome boards. These help clients identify the practice, find the right entrance, and quickly understand parking arrangements.

The main building sign used dimensional lettering signs to give the Coombefield Vets brand more depth and visibility from outside the building.

Inside the practice, we added internal wayfinding signage, consultation room numbering, branded reception graphics, door signs and name plates. This created a clearer visitor journey through the building, helping clients and staff move more easily between reception, consultation rooms, and key service areas.

We also used branded window graphics and wall-applied graphics to carry the Coombefield identity through the interior without making the clinical spaces feel cluttered.
