Established in 2001, Total Plumbing Supplies are in independent plumbers' merchant supplying to both trade and public customers in Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and Devon. Over the years they have built a solid reputation within the industry and local area for supplying quality service, products, and the highest levels of customer care.

Total Plumbing have been a client of ours for many years, allowing us to supply them with internal showroom features, internal and external signage and display items, fleet vehicle graphics and advertisement banners and it has been our pleasure to continue upgrading their existing signage so they are always looking their best.

THE BRIEF

Multi-Business Site Tray Signage

Having worked with Total Plumbing Supplies on a variety of design briefs in the past, it was a great pleasure to liaise again with a loyal returning customer, and know they can rely on us to provide a quality product and an unbeatable level of service!

The focus for this particular brief was to supply a range of externally mounted ACM Tray Signs in various sizes to the multiple businesses on site, and also remove, re-face, and re-mount some existing ACM Tray Signs installed in the past by ourselves.

ACM Tray Signs are a wonderfully dynamic product that offers a much more unique aesthetic than a standard flat panel sign. THE SOLUTION

ACM Tray Signs & New Vinyl Sign Facing

Each new Tray Sign for this installation is constructed by taking our flat panel ACM and folding each edge by hand to create the required depth. The larger the flat face required, the larger the depth to be able to support the overall weight, and effectively hide the supports and fixings within the tray for a 'floating' finish. For external signage we always recommend a 7-year guarantee self-adhesive full-colour printed vinyl which is laminated for extra protection and longevity, giving the print vibrancy and a crisp, smart finish.

Like Total Plumbing Supplies have done on this occasion, the ACM trays will always outlive their direct-print or vinyl, so we offer a re-skin service to get your graphics looking fresh again. This is also an opportune moment to revisit any changes to your branding, message, or style ready for the new application. We will create a design template or 'artwork proof' from our in-house design studio like above so you can see the finished placement, sizing and items in your quote with ease.
