A beautiful collection of new homes in Somerset

Durleigh Gardens is a beautiful collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes in Bridgwater, Somerset. The development is nestled into a beautiful location off Haygrove Road and offers buyers quiet cul-de-sac living. The contemporary homes are sympathetic to the surrounding landscape and blend in perfectly. The development is just a stone throw’s away from the Meads, an area of low-lying farmland.

THE BRIEF

Site signage design, printing and installation

We’ve worked with Kier Living for over a year as a contractor to design and produce signage for their development sites. We were contacted to do the same for Durleigh Gardens in Bridgwater, Somerset. We visited the site to perform a survey with the client. This allowed us to review proposed signage locations and get a feel for the site.

The final brief was to produce numerous totem signage and parking signage for visitors. The signage had to be clear and visible from all access routes.

THE SOLUTION

An expert design service with onsite installation

Once the designs were signed off by the client, we got to work printing them at our site in Axminster.

Numerous products were supplied for this site. These included a 670 x 1000mm Visitor Parking Sign as a post mounted aluminium sign, a 1700 x 1500mm high Plot Availability Sign and numerous Plot for Sale Boards. We also supplied door vinyl for the marketing suite with opening hours and swinger pavement signs. The largest sign was a site totem sign fabricated from aluminium. It measured 1500 x 2500mm high.

Installation took place over two days. On the first trip we installed the concrete base for the large totem sign and all sales centre signage. On the second trip we installed the new marketing suite displays and the remaining stand off signs. The project was completed on time and on budget. Kier Living is delighted with the work.
