Suitable for medium-term signage and packaging applications, our Correx Estate Agent Sign Boards are made from twin-wall polypropylene sheets and come with a high-quality direct UV print. This product is specifically formulated to provide a smooth matt surface to enhance our print performance. Available in 4mm thickness, your boards will be printed single-sided, with board flites aligned horizontally in both orientation formats for best results. Correx boards can be fixed to other surfaces using screws, staples, nails, or glue.

What is Correx?

Correx, or 'polypropylene fluted board', is a type of corrugated plastic that works perfectly as a low-cost, high-impact sign solution. Printed correx boards are easy to install and are fully customisable. Its lightweight and waterproof design make it perfect for medium-term signage. Our correx is made and printed using PVC-free inks and media and is fully recyclable at your home or business with your plastic waste.

What can you use Correx Signage for?

Printed correx boards can be used in a variety of ways, including warning and direction signage, advertising displays, exhibitions, events and festivals, signs on railings, and much more. Most commonly you will see these used for Estate Agencies on properties. We can print any design with weatherproof, fade, and scratch-resistant inks as required, making your graphic stand out with a high-quality, crisp UV print.

Sizing and Postage: Due to additional carriage charges, any board over 2300mm in width or height will be cut into pieces to allow for the most efficient postage, cut lines will be on our digital proof of your artwork. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Print Options

At Creative Solutions we pride ourselves on our print quality, for that reason we run our printers as standard on 900dpi resolution. This is a high quality setting, which will produce excellent print results without banding, whilst allowing the printers to run at a speed to ensure we get your jobs through quickly. We use this print resolution across our Eco Friendly UV, Solvent and Aqueous machines. We have four roll-to-roll printers that can print up to 3.2m wide and two flatbed printers, one with white ink and gloss varnish, and a 3 x 2m flatbed printer for direct to substrate printing at speed.

We can amend settings to suit your requirements, and run at speeds of up to 60 sqm an hour for mass production where speed is a necessity, or we can print at ultra-high quality at far higher resolutions when the situation requires.
