Printed Vinyl Banner for Rock Your Frock

THE CLIENT

The Rock Your Frock Ball is an annual fundraising event, held at the Best Western Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster.

The team at Rock Your Frock want you to dig out your most glamorous, but sadly neglected outfits, for another much-needed airing; from bridal gowns and prom dresses to wedding suits and tuxedos. All in the name of charity.

RYF have raised more than £8,000 over the years— for charities such as Children’s Hospice South West, the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and, more recently, the RNLI and the Wedding Wishing Well Foundation.

Next year’s event, the Rock Your Frock Moth Ball, to be held in March of 2020, promises to be another fabulous evening of fundraising. With a three-course dinner fit for royalty, dancing, raffles, auctions and drinks on arrival.

All the proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Brain Tumour Charity and Macmillan Cancer Support.

THE BRIEF

The organisers of the ‘Rock Your Frock Moth Ball’ approached the team here at Creative Solutions for some help advertising their charity ball. Aware of all the great work they do for some important causes, we decided we would donate a vinyl banner to hang outside the venue.

THE SOLUTION

The finished banner can be seen outside the Best Western Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster, the venue for the fundraiser.

Not only does the durable, waterproof vinyl make for ideal outdoor advertising, the bright yellow and white font on the dark blue background ensures that the content really stands out.

From what we’ve been told, the sign has already attracted additional interest in the charity ball.

We are delighted to be contributing in any way we can to the event, to help RYF20 be the most successful year on record.

Hopefully the banner will continue to catch the eye of passing traffic, meaning more ticket sales and more money raised
