THE SOLUTION
The first step was to present the client with a range of visuals for each of the signage products we would be creating. Once we had approval, we could commence with the production stage of the project.
For the shop’s main fascia, we supplied full-colour printed white text with a matte laminate finish. The pristine white text would be cut to shape with a vinyl plotter and applied to the painted wooden fascia. The stylized typeface and strong LB logo, combined with the simple white/dark grey colour scheme, creates a striking aesthetic—one that captures the Little Boutique brand.
We used the same Little Boutique company logo design found on the fascia for the shop’s bay window. The 880 by 450mm LB graphics were full-colour printed, finished with a matte laminate, and applied outside of the window.
Four more sets of graphics were created for the top sections of the shopfront windows. The slogans Fashion, Living, Gifts and Beauty were full-colour printed and finished with a matte laminate, to establish a consistent aesthetic with the rest of the signage. Again, these graphics were applied outside of the four window sections.
Above the door, the team created an address sign using white vinyl text; full-colour printed and matte laminated. The bold, capitalized text was cut to shape with a vinyl plotter and applied to the painted wood panel above the shop’s main entrance.
Finally, for the bottoms of the four-section window, we created branded artwork which would be full-colour printed in reverse and applied to the inside of the glass. The graphics were based on the illustrations and themes found on the company website; colorful stylized figures of shoppers and various natural patterns. The prints were finished with a gloss laminate.
For total peace of mind for the client, all the signage products were designed, printed and installed by the Creative team. Little Boutique were delighted with the end product and the service provided. Great job!
