Washingpool Farm

Just 3 miles outside of the Dorset hotspot, West Bay, Washingpool Farm is a business and working farm attended and cared for by 3 generations of the Holland family.

It has an award-winning Farm Shop serving you an array of fruit, veggies and the Devon renowned Ruby Red Beef . It also homes a Cafe serving local produce, hosts seasonal events and has a caravan/motorhome site with 2 idyllic holiday cottages for the ultimate countryside getaway.

THE BRIEF

Unify your branding across all displays and signage

Looking to create a seamless display of branding across the site, the Holland family got in touch and our in-house representation headed to site to discuss what their vision for the site was. During these meetings, we can truly home-in on not only you vision, but budget, sizes and placement, which then gets brought back to the office and made into a formal, no-obligation quote for you to consider. Being a working family, there was no need for installation, and collection could be organised with ease once completed.

The Washingpool Farm site spans a whopping 80-acres of farmland, including the caravan/motorhome park and holiday cottage area. Directional signage across the farm was a must to improve customer wayfinding, but it was important to utilise as many existing sign-mounting points as possible, and they needed to blend into the aesthetic like they had always been there.

Signs were chosen to be mounted to fences and an exisiting hanging sign area, as well as in a totem, wall-mounted signs in the cafe, and on the roadway to direction visitors and deliveries. Imagery and brand design were sent to our in-house Design Studio, who created proofs of each sign so the Holland Family could sign off before any work commenced. These pictures were snapped by our Rep on a visit to the farm after the families efforts to install them, and we think they look great!

We can either direct print our ACM, or face it in a UV-printed vinyl to give it more longevity especially outside, and as you can see from the signage here, our printers can produce both text and picture in high-definition and great colour quality.
