Lorry Graphics for Greenlink Groundworks

Greenlink Groundworks Limited is a local, family-run groundworks firm with over 20 years of experience in the sector. Based in Bridport, Greenlink caters for all aspects of groundworks and plant hire. From earthmoving and tarmacing to machinery haulage and demolition—their customers know they will be receiving a first-rate product with unbeatable service. Greenlink are also fully equipped and licenced to provide muck away and roll-on/roll-off skips for all varieties of building and waste.

THE BRIEF

Greenlink Groundworks got in touch with Creative Solutions with two company lorries that needed their cabs rejuvenated with some high-quality vehicle wraps.

For a Dorset company like Greenlink, that spends a great deal of time with their vehicles on the road, wraps are a smart and cost-effective way of broadcasting the brand to a widespread audience. With that in mind, Greenlink came to us with two lorries with plain white cabs. These would provide blank slates on which to adhere their company logos and graphics.

As well as the full-colour wraps, one of the cabs was to have a red and fluorescent yellow chevron kit applied to it. Chevron kits are an essential safety feature for a fully operational work vehicle like this. The high-visibility strips provide an important warning sign for traffic and pedestrians in close proximity.

THE SOLUTION

For both the DAF CF and DAF LF truck cab, we provided the client with a full-colour graphic wrap. For that high-quality finish, we used a MetaWrap MD-X MetaScape 50mic cast film; a stunning white gloss vinyl with matching gloss overlaminate. This was supplemented by a green background layer with the recognisable Greenlink logo and additional text overlaid.

In addition, the DAF LF Truck Cab was installed with a red and fluorescent yellow chevron kit, with alternating coloured segments, to match the DAF CF truck cab.

Each element of the design and installation process was carried out by Creative Solutions at their unit in Axminster. Greenlink were extremely pleased with the final product.
