New to the Axminster high street, Magic Scissors opened its doors in December 2023 ready to offer the local community a traditional Turkish barber service.

THE BRIEF

New Business Signage

Our client popped into us ahead of the Christmas break looking to get a new fascia panel and window graphics having been let down incredibly last minute by another supplier.

As they were looking to have their grand opening during the pre-Christmas high street buzz, we needed to fit the job within an incredibly short lead time so worked closely with them to meet their goal. This gave us exactly 4 days to help this client!

Our Installations team headed into the town to measure up the facia panel signage area and the front windows whilst our client sent over artwork for the creations. These were then handed straight to our in-house Graphic Designers with their brief, whilst the Estimators sent over a quotation for work needed.

THE SOLUTION

ACM Fascia Panel & Full Colour Printed Window Graphics

ACM is an incredibly versatile, lightweight and budget-friendly signage material, perfectly suited to long-term external applications in a range of settings for shop front fascia displays. For Magic Scissor's new fascia panel, the ACM was cut into two equal lengths for ease of installation and updating in the future. The branding display is then printed onto a high-tack self-adhesive vinyl in full colour, and finished with a protective matt laminate that gives it that premium finish and 7-year life expectancy.

We host an extensive range of window and glass vinyls for graphics to create any effect, pattern or print required. This project required 2 full-colour printed images printed in reverse to be visible from the outside, as well as cut vinyl text in white showing the services on offer.

Our full-colour window graphics are perfect for photographic images and branding designs, patterns or promotional messaging; our full-colour graphics will turn your windows into bright eye-catching advertisements and works of art. As long as your artwork is of a high enough resolution, your artwork can be reproduced onto opaque, non-see-through vinyl, or a range of translucent films to create stunning effects.

We managed to design, produce, and install this job within 2 days! All factors were perfectly aligned to allow us to complete the work within this time frame and the client was forthcoming with information, artwork and a brief to assist our team in hitting and exceeding their goal! It was a pleasure to work with Magic Scissors ahead of their opening, and we look forward to their signage and print portfolio expanding as the business grows.
