Signage Rebrand for Harris & Harris, Axminster

Harris and Harris estate agents is an independent, family owned and run Devon estate agents specialising in residential property sales and lettings. They have two offices in Axminster and Seaton covering the East Devon, South Somerset and West Dorset areas with a team of dedicated, friendly members of staff with the local knowledge and expertise to advise you on your property matters.

Harris and Harris Estate Agents commissioned Creative Solutions to help rebrand their site in Axminster, East Devon. Working to specified designs supplied by the client, we were asked to print, manufacture and install shop fascia signage with stand-off letters, window graphics and stationery as part of the rebrand.

Harris and Harris' site is situated in a prominent town centre spot in the country town of Axminster. It was important the signage was clear, concise and was consistent across the board with their branding. Working with two fascia panels, flat panel ACM (aluminium composite material) was used as the main panel and was overlayed with full colour MD5 print. Stand-off acrylic letters were then mounted on, giving a raised, contemporary appearance.

Elsewhere, new window graphics featuring the new company logo were applied to the front doors, whilst a new Swinger 2000 Pavement Sign with full colour printed graphics was printed for outside.

The work was installed on site by our dedicated team, and was completed on time and on budget.
