The Seriously Good Wine Company Delighted with New Signs from Creative Solutions

The Creative Solutions team are happy to announce a successful sign installation for The Seriously Good Wine Company in Lyme Regis, Dorset. The Seriously Good Wine Company, which has been serving residents of Lyme Regis since 2013, required a sign that better suited their brand identity and Creative Solutions were more than happy to create and install the perfect sign for the company.

The Seriously Good Wine Company expressed their need for a sign that looked clean, clear and sophisticated, without looking old fashioned or boring. They further required a refinement of their logo, from a typographic point of view, for their shop signs.

Based on the above criteria the Creative Solutions team set to work on creating shop signage that used a simple, clear yet elegant typeface. Avant Garde, a sans serif font, was finally chosen and various weights were used to create elements of interest and contrast in the logo. The font used for the descriptive marketing graphic was large, bold and capitalised, allowing each word to form its own graphic identity.

The final result consisted of two signs, one vinyl for the fascia sign and another vinyl for the side sign, both of which were expertly designed, created and cut to size in our unit in Axminster. The Seriously Good Wine Company were delighted with the finished signs, particularly the sign for the front of the store as the strong typographic feel was attention-grabbing and clearly made the shop stand out on the high street. Moving forward, the company now feel more confident their brand identity is reflected in their signage.
