Ordering, Delivery & Despatch
If you have a specific request regarding lead times, please don't hesitate to contact us; we will do our best to accommodate.
You can still place orders on our website throughout the Christmas break and we will action them as soon as possible on our return.
ORDERS IN ARTWORK STAGE OR PRODUCTION will continue as normal; we will try to progress your order as quickly as possible so we can schedule dispatch for as soon as possible in the New Year.
COURIER SERVICES & DELIVERY We understand many third-party courier and delivery services we use experience extreme pressure over the Christmas period. We will do our best to keep you up to date with any potential delays we are made aware of, however, please understand delivery speed is out of our hands. If you are looking for an update or tracking information for your order, please do get in touch if concerned and we can make alternative arrangements with you before your order is dispatched.
