THE CLIENT

When Asado Fire Kitchen was looking to further spread the word about the great outdoor cooking experiences they create, they decided that a standout vehicle graphic design for their van was the way to go. What better way to advertise their services than to interest potential clients as their van drove its way around Dorset delivering their unique services to expectant customers?

THE BRIEF

Effective vehicle graphic design is all about catching the eye of the onlooker. The graphic needs to stand out, and it must have an immediate impact. Asado's van presented an interesting challenge. Instead of being a conventional vehicle with two blank sides, their van had a sliding door on one side and a set of windows on the other.

This presented no problem for our innovative in-house graphic design studio team. They quickly created two designs both similarly based on the capital letter "A" in Asado's logo brand. Not only would this deliver their wordmark with all its full impact; using the same basic vehicle graphic design meant that we could exceed their expectations well within their budget.

The RESULT

To ensure the best longevity for a vehicle graphic means using the best materials available, and we chose a top quality seven-year gloss vinyl. Our design team selected a typeface that perfectly complemented Asador's iconic letter "A," and the wordmark colouring was brought into vibrant life using black, white and deep red full gloss vinyl.

To facilitate perfect vehicle graphic application conditions, Asado's van was delivered to our premises in Axminster. As well as ensuring the best installation environment, it also kept costs to a minimum for the client. Their vehicle was delivered in the early morning and they were able to collect, fully dressed in its smart new livery, later that same day.
