Paul Fenton Shop Fascia Signage

After working with Paul Fenton Estate Agents in the past on window graphics and advertising displays, Creative Solutions were commissioned to unify the branding across to the Paul Fenton Financial Services branch. The work consisted of replacing the old signage and bringing the shop fascia up to date in a contemporary and professional display. 

Having worked with the Paul Fenton team in the past, our graphic design team had a clear understanding of what sort of style and finish they wanted for the signage. Working within the sizing constraints of the old shop fascia, our design team carried out the layout and digital proofing to incorporate both logos into the new design. Working alongside the Paul Fenton team, they were able to tweak and adjust the proposals so it matched the clients expectations.  

Printed and manufactured in-house at our premises in Axminster, the signage consisted of a 6.5m flat panel ACM board with full-colour print applied. The backing board was split into two colours on separate panels, with the lettering applied in cut-vinyl. The main 'Paul Fenton' signage itself was stand-off letters which were mounted to the panel on 16mm stand-off locators. Stand-off lettering is a popular method for shop fascia due to the contemporary finish it gives, it creates a nice 3D effect that helps the main wording stand out. Furthermore, the logos were made from 5mm acrylic, and were custom routed to the exact sizing requirements. 

After being manufactured the signage was installed on site by our dedicated installation team. The sign was fitted over the old wooden board in order to provide a clean finish. In addition to the signage, at the request of the client, we stripped the window graphics in order to allow more room display their properties in acrylic holders, creating a cleaner finish,

The work was completed on time and on-budget, and our client was very pleased with the end result.
