Branded Printed Wrap for Palmers Brewery Peugeot Boxer Van
THE CLIENT
Palmers Brewery
Palmers Brewery are among the UK's very best small independent brewers, and have been brewing fine ales non-stop since 1794. They work to the same consistent traditional methods at the Old Brewery in West Dorset, as they did all those years ago.
Small and mighty, Palmers last got a new Cellar Services vehicle branded, and also a large transport truck so seeing a new mid-size van coming through the unit was brilliant! We've also had the pleasure of working with Palmers over the festive periods creating custom bar pump pulls for their Christmas themed ales.
THE BRIEF
A Roof To Rubber Printed Wrap
Having worked with Palmers extensively over the years on numerous print, exhibition and vehicle graphics projects, we know each asset serves a purpose, and that no two vehicles will be alike - so identifiable and longstanding is the brand they don't need to be!
A special addition to this new Peugeot Boxer would be the complete roof wrap installation. As a local delivery and customer support vehicle, it would mainly be kept in the lockable unit which has a complete upper gangway for Brewery Tour guests to walk along over the mighty vats and casks being prepared. To make sure the guests weren't going to look down on a plain van roof, it was decided to extend the branding on top too!
The team worked closely with our in-house Graphic Design Team to bring the vision to life on the new fleet vehicle, creating a eye-catching design based on the new brand colours for their Dorset Pale Ale.
THE SOLUTION
Printed Van Graphics & Wraps
We create our range of vehicle vinyl graphics from a top of the range, high performance calendared vinyl that has an incredible life expectancy when facing all the elements have to throw at it. Our flatbed printer can print up to 3-meters wide, and as long as a 50-meter roll, so no vehicle size or shape is an issue! We will always triple-check the quality of any imagery getting printed at this scale so your final result is pin-sharp and looking its best. Our expert installers are then able to easily align the design against the vehicle and use the door stays and sliding ridges on vans as natural places to join multiple graphic panels for a seamless display.
We would always recommend being able to get your company or private vehicle to us at our unit in Axminster to sign write or wrap. We have a dedicated space for vinyl wrapping, with the material being very fickle, it needs to be applied in a heat-controlled, dust-free space to make sure your application is perfect, we then can guarantee it for 5-7years!
Vehicle Vinyl can be applied as a full wrap, partial wrap, detailing (wing mirrors, bumpers, grills, alloys, etc), individual graphics, or business sign-writing. This long-lasting vinyl is weatherproof and protects the paintwork underneath when it comes to resale or updated branding later down the line!
