Delivery
We use TNT and Initial City Link for all deliveries apart from large consignments when we use dedicated transport to reduce the possibility of transit damage.
Next working-day courier delivery is FREE OF CHARGE to one mainland UK address for all orders over £220.00 (excluding VAT). Deliveries can be made anytime through the day. However, orders may be upgraded to an earlier delivery - surcharge applied as follows:

Please Note:
- Courier company terms and conditions of service includes clauses that allow timed deliveries to be up to 60 minutes late without penalty due to worsening traffic, congestion and parking problems. Not often applicable but please bear with them.
- All courier deliveries must be signed for as 'UNCHECKED' if not being inspected in detail in front of the delivery driver. If the delivery driver refuses to wait whilst you inspect the goods, sign for as 'DAMAGED'. This will cover you and Creative Solutions for any damage later found for insurance purposes. All deliveries must be inspected and any damage found during transit must be reported to Creative Solutions within 3 days of receipt. Please note that if the goods are signed for without inspecting the goods or the words 'UNCHECKED' or 'DAMAGED' are not added to the Delivery Note that you sign for, Creative Solutions will not be held responsible for any subsequent damage that may be subsequently reported.
- Creative Solutions does not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods despatched by First Class Royal Mail.
- Goods are not insured and therefore claims for non-delivery or damaged goods are at the risk of the customer.
- All Postage charges attract VAT @ the current rate.
