PVC foam board, which consists of a solid foam core sandwiched between two smooth, rigid PVC sheets. Despite its rigidity, PVC foam board is lightweight, making it easy to handle, transport, and install. While being lightweight, Printed FOREX® Print PVC board maintains a high level of rigidity, ensuring stability and support for printed graphics.

The smooth surface of PVC foam board allows for high-quality printing with vibrant colours and sharp details, making it ideal for displaying graphics, text, and images. PVC foam board is resistant to moisture, UV radiation, and fluctuations in temperature, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Printed FOREX® Print PVC board can be easily cut, shaped, and fabricated to meet specific requirements for different applications, such as signage, exhibition displays, retail promotions, and more. When properly maintained, PVC foam board can offer long-lasting performance, retaining its visual appeal over time.

Available in a range of thicknesses, from 2mm to 10mm, PVC board is a popular substrate for signage, mainly due to its lightweight and rigid properties making it easy to nail, screw, rivet or adhere to any surface as required. It features a smooth surface finish, making it perfect for high-quality colour printing, and can be cut to size with ease, making it a versatile option for all types of signs, printed displays and promotions.

Sizing and Postage: Due to additional courier charges, your board may need to be cut into multiple panel pieces to allow for the most efficient postage. This will be discussed with you in advance of production, and any cut lines will be on our digital proof of your artwork. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.

Why not use our in-house Graphic Design Team to help you make the most out of your Printed FOREX® Print PVC Board?

Our designers will work with you to create a professional design to your exact specifications. You can be as involved in the design process as you want to be, either working side by side with our designers or giving them your design brief. We will provide you with an artwork proof for you to approve and will never send your artwork to print without your final sign-off.

Unlike some other companies, we want to offer value for money, so we ensure that you are only charged for the actual time taken to create your design (minimum 15-minute intervals). Formatting a quick layout or checking over print-ready files may be free of charge. If more work is needed, we will contact you to discuss this. 

Print Options 

At Creative Solutions, we pride ourselves on our print quality, for that reason we run our printers as standard on 900dpi resolution. This is a high-quality setting, which will produce excellent print results without banding, whilst allowing the printers to run at a speed to ensure we get your jobs through quickly. We use this print resolution across our Eco-Friendly UV, Solvent, and Aqueous machines. We have four roll-to-roll printers that can print up to 3.2m wide and two flatbed printers, one with white ink and gloss varnish and a 3 x 2m flatbed printer for direct-to-substrate printing at speed.

We can amend settings to suit your requirements, and run at speeds of up to 60 sqm an hour for mass production where speed is a necessity, or we can print at ultra-high quality at far higher resolutions when the situation requires. PRINT SIZING, DELIVERY, AND COLLECTION

The largest we can print in one piece is 3050 x 2050mm. Longer product printing is of course achievable on our large printers, however, these may need to be split into more sections for delivery purposes and the protection of your product whilst in transit.

The largest we can post is 1200 x 2000mm, there may be delivery surcharges for this size and over.

Products can be any size for collection.
