This all depends on the package or individual design element you have chosen for us to work on with you. We will dedicate all available time within the budget on your work, and spare no expense making it exactly what you want, guided by our industry expert advice. Time frames can be discussed if you're on a tight schedule and we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate any deadlines.
If you need more revisions than the package offers, we charge for Studio time by the minute unlike other graphic design agencies. This means you will only be charged for the exact time it takes us to re-work and do more revisions on your designs. For individual design elements we also charge by the minute, so if more time is needed, we can discuss this with you.
A Design Concept is a unique logo idea we create based on your order form, and any additional notes you have given us to guide the design. Each Design Concept is created while keeping in mind the nature of your business and the information you share with us when you order. With varied design concepts, like our package offerings, you have several choices for selection. After receiving the initial concepts you may finalise a design, or select a logo for improvement.
A revision or re-do is a process where you give feedback on the design concepts created, and then we work on your selected logo or individual design element to give you exactly what you want.
For example, we present you with 3 Logo Concepts based on your notes, inspiration imagery, and colour palette. You like 1 the most, but the font isn't right, and you want to include an image behind the text. We will discard the other 2 logos, and do a revision on the logo you like best with your feedback as a guide.

Stationary Designs include Letterheads, Envelope and Business Cards for members of your organisation (please see Design Package details for how many it includes, or specify number needed when purchasing Business Card's as an Individual Design Element).
We can work with you to create a range of imagery, branded or time/offering/seasonal/sales specific! Everything from Banners, Profile Pictures and Icons, Communications, Email Templates, Email Signatures, and more. These designs will be made to be compatible with your chosen Social Media Platforms like Facebook (Meta), Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, TikTok and more.
- Brand Guidelines, or a Brand Style Guide, is a document created to act as an instruction manual and rule book on how to use and communicate your brand. It details all visual elements and details, as well as important notes about an organisations tone, voice and messaging. We can supply you with Brand Guidelines for your own business, and can create these for you. For more information please see our product page on Brand Guidelines.
- Our designers will work with you to create a professional design to your exact specifications. You can be as involved in the design process as you want to be, either working side by side with our designers or giving them your design brief. Unlike some other companies, we want to offer value for money, so we ensure that you are only charged for the actual time taken to create your design (minimum 15-minute intervals). Formatting a quick layout may be free of charge where all logos and text are readily supplied.
If we need to allow more time for the job as you would like to add features, change aspects or do another revision, we will get in touch to let you know how much more time we need, and what the extra fee will be. We will only charge only for the time needed and not in full 1 hour blocks - this is our USP against other Graphic Design Agencies!
