Modern and lightweight, this quick-to-install Air Tent display is a truly innovative large display option. Choose from the smallest model with a footprint of 3m x 3m, up to the largest in the range offering 6m x 6m of display space. These inflatable event tents allow you to easily set up your event space in minutes and transport it in a dedicated sized bag. Perfect for a wide range of outdoor events including showgrounds, fairs, county shows, trade shows and more!
WHAT DOES YOUR AIR TENT INCLUDE
The frame of the event tent has four legs and is easily inflated using a manual or electric air pump. Once inflated, the event tent can be anchored down into the soft ground to keep it stable in winds up to 15mph using the provided steel anchoring pegs.
Your custom-printed canopy will be printed single-sided facing outwards; allowing you to customise all 4 sides of the tent with your brand, colours, messaging or special promotion. The printed skin features sewn-in velcro hook and loop tabs at all major attachment points and is made from a durable and triple-layered fabric to ensure it is waterproof, UV-protected and resistant to abrasions, wear and tear. Optional sidewalls can be attached using zips. We recommend for sizes 4x4m and up attach your canopy to the frame midway through inflation to aid easy application due to the height of the unit.
You inflatable will pack away into a provided carry bag with ease once deflated fully for effortless transportation and safety whilst in storage.
Product Lead Time – Please be advised the lead time detailed above is the current working standard for this product. Your despatch and delivery dates will be detailed in your order confirmation sent via email from our Sales Team once your order has been received. For any product requiring artwork completion, the lead time starts from the next business day after you have approved and signed off your digital artwork proof. If we cannot fulfil your order within the detailed lead time, you will be contacted immediately about your order.
Need a faster turnaround time? We are happy to discuss a short lead-time turnaround with you! Please note this may mean your order needs to be surcharged to bump it up our production queue and a faster courier delivery fee will be required.

Unlike some other companies, we want to offer value for money, so we ensure that you are only charged for the actual time taken to create your design (minimum 15-minute intervals). Formatting a quick layout or checking over print-ready files may be free of charge. If more work is needed, we will contact you to discuss this.
