Ordering, Delivery & Delivery Strikes
If you have a specific request regarding lead times, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will of course do our best to accommodate.
You can still place orders on our website throughout the Christmas break and we will action them as soon as possible on our return.
NEW ORDERS placed from the 16th December will be dealt with as normal; we will try to progress your order as quickly as possible so we can either finish production and schedule dispatch in the New Year.

DELIVERY STRIKES, DELAYED SERVICES We understand many delivery and postal service strikes are continuing through this period and also courier services experiencing extreme pressure over the Christmas period. We will do our best to navigate around their proposed dates to strike and any delays we are made aware of, however we use third party courier services, so delivery speed is out of our hands. If we believe your order will be affected, we will contact you, however, please do get in touch if concerned and we can make alternative arrangements with you before your order is dispatched.
