6 Wrapped & Branded 2024 Toyota Hilux Invincible X's for Bradfords

We were incredibly proud to win the contract with Bradfords to wrap and brand six new Toyota Hilux Invincible X's joining the national UK fleet, a project that combined our expertise in vehicle wraps with our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Bradfords Building Supplies, a reputable name in the building materials industry, decided to add six of the newest top-of-the-line Toyota Hilux Invincible X's to their vehicle fleet, and finishing the look with a fresh eye on their branding, and a complete colour-change wrap for each vehicle.The objective was to create a uniform, eye-catching design that not only promotes their brand but also turns heads wherever their vehicles go.

The Toyota Hilux Invincible X is renowned for its robustness, reliability, and modern aesthetic. These qualities make it an ideal choice for a commercial fleet that needs to project an image of strength and professionalism. The Invincible X model, with its advanced features and rugged build, provided an excellent canvas for our wrapping and branding project.

The Complete Wrap & Branding Package

A complete colour change wrap is a meticulous process that demands precision and high-quality materials. 4 of the 6 Hilux's were white, 1 was orange, and 1 was blue. Here’s how we transformed Bradfords’ Hilux fleet:

1. Design Consultation: Collaborating closely with Bradfords, we produced a custom CMYK swatch sheet of all different shades of yellow to match their brand colour. A meeting with the Transport Manager confirmed the shade of yellow they wanted for all 6 vehicles. The chosen colour was a striking yet professional shade that reflects Bradfords’ corporate image. With their brand guidelines, logos and typography on file, our Graphic Designers set up a digital artwork proof to layout placements for each graphic on all sides of the Hilux.

2. Material Selection: We used premium quality vinyl wraps known for their durability and vibrant finish, these materials have an state-of-the-art printing capacity. These wraps are designed to withstand various weather conditions and the demands of daily use in a commercial setting once laminated, and allow us to give vehicle wraps and graphics a 5-7 year life expectancy once installed. With the yellow wrap vinyl being custom printed and laminated behind the scenes, each vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and prepped to ensure the wrap would adhere perfectly to the surface.

3. Initial Preparation: All fittings like lights and door handles were removed with precision to make sure the wrap would be seamlessly integrated onto the vehicles body panels. Areas that used silicone joinery and changed to plastic are noted so cut lines are made with pin-sharp accuracy.

4. Application Process: Our skilled Installations Manager applied the wraps with precision, ensuring seamless coverage and a flawless finish. The attention to detail in trimming and fitting around the vehicle’s contours was critical to achieving a professional look. Each panel is meticulously quality checked. In addition to the colour change, we incorporated Bradfords’ branding elements to enhance the visual impact of the fleet.

5. Logo & Text Placement: The Bradfords logo was prominently displayed on the doors, bonnet, and rear of each Hilux. The positioning was carefully planned to maximise visibility and brand recognition.

The Result

The transformation of the six Toyota Hilux Invincible X's was nothing short of spectacular. Bradfords Building Supplies now boasts a vehicle fleet that is not only functional but also serves as a moving advertisement for their business. The new look has received positive feedback from both Bradfords’ team and their customers, reinforcing the power of effective vehicle branding.
