External Signage for Axminster Property

THE CLIENT

Axminster Property are expert property developers trading in Axminster and the surrounding Devon area. They offer their clients an extensive range of properties available for immediate purchase, including residential buildings and office developments to suit a range of budgetary requirements.

Their aim is to offer customers high-quality buildings, with premium interiors, situated in desirable locations.

THE BRIEF

As a long-standing customer of Creative Solutions (we had recently designed, produced and installed vehicle graphics for a company pick-up!) Axminster Property approached us with a new brief.

They were looking for an Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sign for their Whitty Court Development project on Weycroft Avenue in Axminster. This ACM sign would be installed on the perimeter of the estate, fixed to a wooden structure that the client had constructed.

ACM boards are one of the smartest choices when it comes to outdoor signage. They are super rigid in the face of extreme weather conditions and can be easily attached to walls, posts, or in this case, a wooden frame.

The smooth surface makes it an ideal substrate for high-definition UV printing. They're also 100% waterproof; perfect for a rainy Devon afternoon.

THE SOLUTION

We supplied the client with a full-colour self-adhesive print with a matte laminate finish. This print was then applied to 3mm ACM, 0.3mm Skin board. The dimensions of which were 2440 x 1220mm.

Creative Solutions will often carry out the installation of these signs, but for this project, the client opted to do it themselves. Axminster Property were once again delighted with our product. The high-definition print is of premium quality and the Whitty Court Development information, and the Axminster company logo, is clear and easily readable from the roadside. A job well done.
