Toby Guest Venetian Plasterers specialise in microcement and polished plaster in Lyme Regis and the surrounding areas. As a well-known and trusted authority in this traditional industry, Toby Guest’s aim is to create stunning wall and floor finishes, tailored to their customer’s unique requirements and vision. Using a variety of natural marble lime plasters, Toby Guest can offer a choice of finishes; from a mirror sheen to a rough, textured look: ideal for feature walls in bars and restaurants—or even at home. The lime plaster they work with comes direct from Italy; the product contains marble powder and is some of the finest natural slaked lime available in the United Kingdom.

THE BRIEF

The client contacted Creative Solutions about designing, manufacturing and applying vehicle graphics to their white Ford Transit company van.

THE SOLUTION

The Creative Solutions design team worked hard to create vehicle graphics that embodied Toby Guest’s professionalism and high-end quality as traditional Venetian plasterers. We took the company’s current logo, which includes simple and elegant typography, and used it as the basis of our design choices.

Once the artwork was finalised, we provided the client with full-colour wide-format print applied to premium self-adhesive gloss white vinyl. These graphics were then adhered to the panels on the sides and rear of the van and finished with a protective laminate. As with all vehicle graphics of this nature, the client was provided with a 7-year guarantee.

The overall effect is visually striking; the bright white lettering of the company logo, against a charcoal background, is a subtle yet stylish colour scheme. One that fits in with Toby Guest’s current brand identity. The customer was delighted with the results.
