New Signage For School Open Day

THE CLIENT

Having worked with Woodroffe School in Lyme Regis in the past on their logo design, we were tasked with installing their new signage for an open day. During this project, we were able to get a real sense of the school's ethos and values. Woodroffe is a place that truly lives by the motto that's incorporated within its logo - 'Together We Succeed'.

THE BRIEF

In this instance, Woodroffe School approached us to create and install new school signage in time for their recent open day. We were asked to supply lots of different types of signage, to be placed around the school premises, which not only incorporated the updated school logo but also acted as a visual marker to help both pupils and visitors find their way around the school.

The RESULT

For the main school sign and school shop sign, we created large vinyl overlays that could be placed over the existing signage using the fence fixing kits that we supplied.

For the reception wall, we designed a brand new directional sign, measuring 450 x 600mm high, to help visitors find their way around. We also made a 4800 x 600mm full-colour self-adhesive matt laminate sign for the student entrance.

We helped brighten up the exterior of the school by creating branded signage for the school’s main gate. We installed a 3,000mm x 800mm, full-colour 550gsm banner with single-stitched hems and eyelets, to the school gates. We also created feathered flags, which were supplied with large water bases for the flag poles. Signs were also installed on gates along the pathway.
In addition, we utilised other key sites to incorporate the school's branding. This included the windows at the top of the visitors' car park, where we installed UPVC cladding.

It's always great to work with clients again, and we hope the Woodroffe School community loves the new look.
