Xylem are an industry-leading water solutions company. Their technologies help create sustainable water systems and generate clean water. Their heating, wastewater and clean water pumps set the standard for efficiency. Xylem have a state-of-the-art training centre in Axminster which is used to deliver classes and training courses.

THE BRIEF

Install exhibition graphics

Our existing client Xylem contacted us to request an installation service for an exhibition they were having at the PHEX Show. We were asked to collect their graphics (which we had printed for them previously) and pumps and drive them up to the show location.

A complete installation service was requested to create a high-quality exhibition that stood out. Xylem had an idea of what they wanted which we were asked to recreate. The exhibition itself would be a showcase of their latest products.

THE SOLUTION

Project management with extensive travel

The PHEX Show was to take place at Alexandra Palace, London, a fair way away from the Xylem training centre in Axminster. Our brief was to pick up, transport and install their signs and exhibition wall graphics. We were also asked to transport their pumps over at the same time, to reduce the quantity of journeys between the two locations.

The collection and delivery service was taken care of by our experienced drivers. Once the exhibition graphics were delivered, we got to work installing them. A 5mm Foamex exhibition board was used for the graphics we’d printed previously. We installed the boards and displayed their pumps on a Tuesday. The event would run for 2-days.

Once the event finished on Thursday, we travelled back and deinstalled everything. We then drove everything back down to the Xylem centre. The project was fulfilled efficiently, and Xylem were very happy with the service.
