Printed Wallpaper for West Dorset Leisure Holidays

West Dorset Leisure Holidays is a family run business, comprising of five-holiday parks, Highlands End, Golden Cap, Graston Copse, Larkfield and Sandyholme.

Creative Solutions were commissioned by West Dorset Leisure Holidays to design, print and install custom printed wallpaper for their Martins Bar at Highlands End Holiday Park. Having worked with WDLH in the past on a signage rebrand and window graphics amongst projects, we had a good understanding of the clients branding and requirements. WDLH set the brief of bringing interest to the wall of the 'Martins Bar' as part of a major rebrand and building extension, with the aim of attracting more people to a beautiful location with stunning views. 

Working with the WDLH brief, our graphic design team came up with the concept of bricks. Martin himself was formerly a fireman at Bridport Fire Brigade, and supplied us with historic photos of Bridport fire brigade that dated back to the 1900's that were of sufficient quality to scan make large enough to print as A3 bricks. The images are of real scenes from real events, creating a captivating wallpaper display. 

Once the design was approved, the wallpaper was printed in-house on to MD5 Hi Tac in full-colour print with a matt laminate. The printed wallpaper was then installed on-site at West Dorset Leisure Holidays, covering an area of 16.8sqm. 

The work was completed on-time and on-budget, much to our clients satisfaction.
