Marketing and Sales Manager at Creative Solutions

Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, razor sharp individual to take the reins as our Marketing and Sales Manager. You will be responsible for sales and budget forecasting, overseeing our CRM sales cycle as well as planning and implementing our advertising and marketing strategy - including our social network marketing efforts. The role will also involve training; developing and mentoring the sales team, to achieve agreed sales targets.

• Formulate and drive a creative and commercially savvy Marketing and Sales strategy
• Sales and budget forecasting
• Successfully implement Sales and Marketing campaigns to increase company profit
• Manage Google pay-per-click advertising
• Co-ordinate strategy with our SEO company
• Harness the power of social network marketing to increase sales
• Contribute toward the product pricing policy to gain market share and increase profit
• Develop and maximise on our existing extensive client base
• Represent the company at the BNI
• Effectively monitor, analyse and regularly report on sales and marketing figures
• Develop the sales team

Knowledge and Skills (Essential)

• At least 3 years Marketing and Sales experience
• Google pay-per-click advertising expertise
• Good understanding of how SEO works
• Demonstrable track record of commercial success in a marketing or sales environment
• Commercial and financial management
• Strong strategic thinking
• Great copywriting
• A track record in championing outstanding customer service

Company Description
Creative Solutions is a successful and characterful Print and Display company based in Lyme Regis, Dorset. We have been in operation for over twelve years, during which the business has grown at a staggering rate. We currently supply a competitively priced, comprehensive range of print and display products. We do everything from business cards to large-scale exhibition banners. We have our own in-house wide format printing facility, and have recently added vehicle wrapping to our services. The team here are, without exception, experienced, dedicated specialists who take huge pride in the quality of the work they produce. Our clients range from household names like Sainsbury's, John Lewis and HSBC to local businesses like The Town Mill Bakery and The Alexander Hotel.
